For masters and beauty specialists

Booking software and CRM for independent beauty specialists

Your schedule, your clients, your own page.

Clients pick a free slot themselves and get a reminder, while you see the whole day — both in a salon and when you work for yourself. Visit history, notes and portfolio live in one workspace.

What you get

A schedule that never double-books

You set shifts, breaks and days off — free slots are calculated from them, not guessed. Two bookings for the same time are impossible: the slot is claimed inside a transaction.

Your own clients

Visit history, amounts and notes for every client. Visit reminders go out over Telegram — to those who connected the bot.

Personal page

You get your own link like tavolo.uz/master/your-nickname. Portfolio, services and reviews on one page. Put it in your Instagram bio or send it on Telegram — people book straight from there.

Tips by QR

A code at the mirror: clients leave a review and a tip without reaching for cash.

Waitlist

Someone cancels — the queue hears first and the slot does not sit empty.

Rescheduling

Move a visit to another time or another master — the client sees the new time right away.

In a salon and on your own

One workspace whether a salon invited you or you take clients yourself.

What it costs

A master working alone needs only the cheapest plan. No commission on bookings or tips, and a year costs ten months.

What's inside

Your own page, found in search

A link worth putting in your bio.

A page with a short address

tavolo.uz/master/your-name — services, prices, free slots and reviews on one page. The link goes in your Instagram or Telegram bio, and booking happens right there instead of in your DMs.

People find you in search

Your page is open to search engines, and your card appears in the catalogue and on service and district pages. Someone searching "men's haircut in Yunusabad" sees you, even if they've never heard of you.

Portfolio of your work

Photos tagged by service — on your page and in the client app. People see your actual work rather than stock images.

A QR code for your station

The QR leads to your page: rebook and leave a review. A print-ready PDF downloads from the dashboard.

What the client sees

Schedule and bookings

Hours you set yourself.

Booking without phone calls

Clients pick the service and a free slot themselves — at night, on your day off, while you're working. The slot grid is built from service durations, and an overlap check stops two people taking the same time.

Your hours and breaks

You set the working days and hours. Holidays go in as exceptions; lunch or a training session becomes a time block — closed to booking, still in front of you.

Shift status

On shift, on a break, or done for the day — one tap, and the salon won't send a client when you're not there.

Waiting list

When a time is taken, the client joins the queue. If someone cancels, the queue hears first and the slot is held for 15 minutes. A cancellation stops being a lost hour.

Reminders for clients

Two reminders before a visit — a day and two hours ahead, for example. Telegram for those who connected the bot, SMS for everyone else. Fewer forgotten bookings, fewer empty slots.

The calendar: who, with whom, at what time

Clients and money

A client base that belongs to you, not the salon.

Your own client base

Visit history, spend, no-show counts and your notes — the colour formula, the allergy, the usual time. Leave the salon and the base leaves with you.

Services and prices

Your own price list with a duration for each service. Change a price whenever you like, without asking a manager.

Closing a visit

A visit closes with a receipt: services, discount, tip, payment method. You see exactly what a shift earned, not roughly.

Reviews and rating

Both you and the client leave a rating, and neither sees the other's until both are in — so ratings stay honest rather than mutually polite. Your rating works for your page in search.

Chat with clients

Check the length, get a photo of the colour they want, move a slot — inside the platform, without handing out your personal number.

Working in a salon

Your profile stays yours — with a salon or without one.

Invitations from salons

A salon invites you to their team and you accept or decline. The terms — percentage or salary — are visible before you agree, not discovered at the end of the month.

Leave, and the profile stays

Your profile, portfolio, reviews and rating belong to you, not the salon. Changing workplace doesn't reset a reputation you spent years building.

What it costs a specialist

Working alone, the Solo plan is enough. No plan takes a commission on bookings, turnover or tips.

Showcase — free forever

A card in the catalogue, a page in search, reviews, chat and a QR code. No online booking or schedule here — it's a storefront, not a dashboard.

Solo — 35,000 UZS a month

Everything in Showcase plus online booking, schedule, services, client base, waiting list and reminders.

Six months cost five and a half; a year costs ten.

Frequently asked questions

How much does TAVOLO cost for a specialist?

35,000 UZS a month on Solo — a full dashboard with online booking, schedule and client base. There's also a free Showcase plan: a page in the catalogue, reviews and chat, but no online booking. Neither takes a commission on bookings or tips.

Do you take a cut of my money?

No. Not on bookings, not on tips, not on turnover. You pay for the plan and keep the rest.

Who owns my clients?

You do. Client cards, visit history, notes, portfolio, reviews and rating are tied to your profile. Leave a salon and all of it goes with you.

I work at a salon. Do I need this?

Yes — your profile stays yours wherever you work. A salon invites you to their team and you see the terms, percentage or salary, before agreeing. If you leave, your reputation and base stay with you.

I don't have a place of my own. Can I work from home?

You can. Solo doesn't require a salon: your page, your hours and your bookings work the same wherever you see clients.

Do I need a computer?

No, the dashboard opens in a phone browser. Bookings and reminders can come through the Telegram bot.

How will clients find me?

You get a page with a short address, open to search engines, and a card in the catalogue — plus service and district pages that catch people looking for someone nearby.

What if a client doesn't turn up?

The no-show is recorded on their card, so you can see who disappears regularly. Reminders a day and two hours ahead cut these down noticeably, and the waiting list helps fill the freed-up time.

Why is this better than booking through Instagram DMs?

DMs don't show your free slots, don't remind the client and don't keep a history — and they need you to reply. Here the client picks a time themselves, the reminder goes out without you, and visit history builds up on their card.
