Cookie Policy

Which browser files and records tavolo.uz uses, what they are for and how to refuse them.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small record a website leaves in your browser and reads the next time you open a page. Alongside cookies the browser keeps two more stores — localStorage and sessionStorage; we use those as well, so this document covers all three.

Every record listed below is set by tavolo.uz itself. We do not set advertising or tracking files belonging to third-party networks.

2. What exactly we set

Essential — the site does not work without them:

  • token — the key to your account after sign-in. Lifetime 7 days. Deleting it signs you out.
  • NEXT_LOCALE and tavolo_lang — the interface language you chose. Lifetime 1 year.
  • tavolo_theme — light or dark theme. Lifetime 1 year.

In the browser's localStorage we keep: the access key and the session refresh key, a short copy of your profile so pages open faster, whether the dashboard side menu is expanded, and your answer to the cookie banner. These records have no expiry and are removed together with the site data in your browser settings, or when you sign out.

There is not a single analytics or advertising cookie on the site today: statistics counters can be configured in the superadmin interface, but none of them is wired into the pages. If we switch them on, the banner and this document will be changed before the first counter starts working.

3. Embedded maps and third-party loads

A Yandex map is embedded into the search, catalogue and district pages, and the screens where a point is picked on a map load OpenStreetMap tiles and a map library from a third-party CDN. An embedded map is loaded by your browser directly, so its owner sees your IP address, browser version and the address of the page the map is opened from. We do not pass your name, phone number or booking history to it.

The address you give for a home visit is turned into a street name through the OpenStreetMap service. The coordinates are first rounded to roughly 100 metres, and the request is sent without your name and without any account identifier.

4. How to refuse and how to delete

Any cookie or browser record can be deleted in your browser settings (the “Site data” or “Privacy” section), and you can block tavolo.uz from setting them. Blocking the essential files leaves the site readable, but signing in, booking a visit and the dashboard will not work: we would have nothing to tell your next request apart from someone else's.
